Ibex takes a unique approach to player value maximisation through retention, doing away with the concept of cohorts or Player groups (that the likes of other retention tools champion).
The “next best action” for EVERY PLAYER is modelled based on that specific Player’s behaviour, taking into account every possible action available, every previous action taken, the impact of all of these options on all previous Players’ value and on the value of the specific Player being analysed. Ibex continues to learn and improve from every action taken, constantly improving performance across the entire player life cycle, developing a unique understanding of what works for every Player.
From this analysis bespoke messaging is delivered to every Player, at the time identified for that Player as having the best likelihood of maximum value impact. The core Ibex product optimises conversion rate, welcome journeys, ongoing retention and reactivations. But It can also provide invaluable feedback on:

Ibex is fully automated. This removes the need for the retention team to execute manual tasks like scheduling emails, identifying player groups or analysing campaign effectiveness at a cohort level. This reduces headcount and allows the team to focus on adding value by trialling new campaign strategies etc.
Ibex identifies player groups that are being under serviced by the operators existing suite of offers and communications, allowing the retention team to focus on building campaigns addressing the highest value opportunities first. Ibex automatically and continuously tests campaigns against each other, constantly optimising performance as new campaigns are introduced.
