1st Line Customer Service & KYC Representative
Markor Technology – an international B2B licensed gaming operator is looking for a passionate 1st Line Customer Service & KYC Representative on a consultancy basis to support our international casino brands recently launched in Mexico.
What you’ll need:
- Strong knowledge of Customer Care, VIP, Payments and Analytical skills.
- Provide positive and engaging responses to every customer query via Live Chat, Email, Phone
- Ensure customers receive proactive resolutions to all issues
- Fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken (Latin American Spanish preferable).
- Desire to help customers and Contact Centre experience
- Ability to proactively multitask and possess a strong team player attitude
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Flexibility around shift patterns
What you’ll do:
- Provide an excellent standard of service via various communication channels
- Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification and document approvals
- Analysis of Gameplay and financial history, including withdrawals processing
