Operations Manager

Markor Technology – an international licensed gaming operator is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day B2C operations across different jurisdictions. The Operations Manager will work closely with CRM, Customer Service, Payments, BI and Products to provide the best gaming experience to our customers.

This central role in an expanding team, comes with a high degree of responsibility and independence in the day-to-day Operations Management of our business.

What you’ll do:
  • Responsible for launching and maintaining gaming content on different frontends
  • Responsible for the correct bonus configuration, working with CRM team to create the best experience for our customers
  • Design and implement public promotions to increase customer engagement, retention and value metrics over time
  • Analyse (via the BI team) the impact of bonuses, promotions and continuously optimizing them
  • Continual monitoring of user feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the Product department
  • Manage a small team based in different locations
What you’ll essentially need:
  • Online gaming experience
  • Strong knowledge of bonus systems, promotional tools and loyalty schemes
  • Experience in fraud detection
  • Excellent people skills
  • Ability to be innovative and creative with excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Be a self-starter who is motivated to succeed
  • Skilled approach in problem solving
  • Driven by targets
  • Commercially minded, with strong analytical / numerical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English

  • Bachelor’s degree
